A unit of 5 to 8 metres is enough for a self-contained studio: living space, kitchenette and its own bathroom. That is what students want most and what is scarcest on the market.
Linked, you get several rooms with shared facilities under one roof, in the same arrangement used for staff accommodation.
Adding in scalable steps
You can start with a few units and expand as soon as demand and the permit allow. Because the units are identical, a later series fits alongside the first.
Allow for that expansion when laying the foundations and the connections.
Temporary or permanent
A lot of student housing in units stands on a temporary permit for ten or fifteen years. After that the units can move to a next location.
Run the permit check for a first indication of what is allowed on your site.

We build units from 12 to 60 m². Below are the standard sizes that are chosen most often: 3.20 metres wide and 5 to 13 metres long, and the filter shows you every length. Need more space? Then we link units side by side or stack them on two levels. Every size outside this overview is made to measure, with a price on request.
