The wet rooms get SPC wall panels and SPC floors: waterproof, without joints and resistant to cleaning agents. The lowered ceiling is finished the same way.
Mechanical ventilation carries the moisture away. Without it, a washroom space fails within a season.
What it is used for
Campsites and marinas, events sites, building sites, sports grounds and business sites where the main building is too far away.
The layout differs per situation: the number of toilets, the number of showers, whether or not there is a separate accessible room.
Connections
You need a water supply and a drainage point. All the drains come together in one central 110 mm outlet.
If there is no drainage, a tank can be used; discuss that in advance.

We build units from 12 to 60 m². Below are the standard sizes that are chosen most often: 3.20 metres wide and 5 to 13 metres long, and the filter shows you every length. Need more space? Then we link units side by side or stack them on two levels. Every size outside this overview is made to measure, with a price on request.
