All Units started in 2019 from a simple observation: building takes long, costs a lot and often grinds to a halt as soon as something changes. A unit that comes out of the factory complete solves that. It is standing within weeks, it is finished when it arrives, and if the situation changes it comes along.
By now there are more than 780 units in place. In back gardens as care annexes, on business parks as offices, on building sites as site huts and on holiday parks as accommodation. What they have in common is that they were built for the people who use them, not for a catalogue.
Our mission
To make space possible in places where traditional building gets stuck. Because the permit is too heavy, because it takes too long, because the situation is temporary, or because nobody knows whether the need will still be there in ten years.
That is why we build in a hall and not on your plot. The unit is assembled, insulated, finished and tested there, and comes to you in one piece. Installation usually takes a single day. What you agree beforehand is what you get — no extra work appearing along the way because the weather turned or a subcontractor failed to show up.
Our vision
All about possibilities. We believe a building should not be the end point of a plan but the start of it. A unit you can move, link or stack makes a decision reversible. You do not have to know what your life looks like in twenty years to be able to make space now.

The man behind All Units
All Units belongs to Michael Verhagen, born and raised in Breda. He stands behind the mission and the vision above, and in practice he is also the one who guards them: what is promised gets built.
Outside the company, part of the Netherlands knows him from racing. Michael has been competing since 2009, won the Dunlop Driver Cup that same year and went on to build up a list of some sixty wins. He raced in the Supercar Challenge, the TCR championships in the Benelux and Germany, several 24-hour races and the WTCR, with names like Tom Coronel and Jaap van Lagen alongside him in the car. In 2018 he became champion in the GT Division of the Supercar Challenge together with Willem Meijer.
That is not a stray fact. Racing is about preparation, about a team that knows what it is doing and about a deadline that does not move: the start is at three o’clock, ready or not. Exactly that way of working sits in the factory and in the planning of your unit. You hear where you stand in good time, and the installation date is fixed.
What we stand for
Reliability. An agreement is an agreement, even when things go against us. If something runs differently from the plan, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
Taking care of it. ALL taken care of. Design, permit, production, transport, crane and installation all run through one party. You do not have to string contractors together.
Flexibility. Standard where it can be, made to measure where it has to be. Within the same external dimensions we move walls, windows and doors wherever you want them; if the size does not fit, we build it to measure.
Service. You get one dedicated adviser who knows your situation, and who stays your point of contact after handover.
Four directions we build in
All Units Living. Housing units and care units: independent living with a kitchen, a bathroom and one or two bedrooms, single storey and completely finished.
All Units Work. Office units, practice rooms, salons and site huts. An open layout you fill in yourself, with the services already in place.
All Units People. Housing for groups: staff, migrant workers, students and emergency shelter. Linked up to eight bedrooms under one roof.
All Units Custom. Everything that falls outside those three. Linked, stacked or in a size that is not on the list — then we price it for your particular build.
How we work
It starts with a conversation about what you need and what fits on your plot. Then comes a quote in which every item stands separately: the unit, the options, the foundations, the transport, the crane and any municipal fees. So you can see where your money goes.
If the permit question is unclear, we find that out first; we can take the whole process off your hands. After that the unit goes into production, comes to you on a low-loader and a crane sets it on the foundation. On installation day it is positioned, levelled and connected.
Where to find us
Our head office and showroom are at Hazepad 20 in Breda. By appointment you simply walk into a unit there: a floor plan says little about how 26 or 42 m² really feels, so do come by.
The Dutch production site is at Haarenseweg 44, 5061 VL in Oisterwijk, with our show garden beside it. That is temporarily closed for building work, so for a visit you are welcome in Breda.
We also have a production site in Jarosław in Poland and an office in Krakow. That is where the units are assembled and finished in a hall. All Units is part of Verhagen Modulair Group.

Yes. The units travel to the site on a low-loader and are placed by crane. The plot has to be level and accessible for that.
