The two questions we get most often from marinas: an office by the jetty where the harbour master sits, and a washroom building with showers and toilets for visiting boats.
Both fit in the same basic unit, with a different layout and finish.
Washrooms that can take use
Showers and toilets in a marina are used intensively and have to be quick to clean. SPC wall panels are waterproof and have no joints.
Watch the ventilation: a wet room without good moisture extraction causes problems within a season.
Installing by the water
A quay or jetty has limited bearing capacity; have it assessed in advance whether the crane can stand there and whether the ground can take the weight.

Yes, provided the ground has enough bearing capacity and the crane can get to it.
It depends on the size; give us your numbers and we will check it.
The panels are coated steel. In a salty environment, rinse them down periodically; that is the maintenance.
